Ticketing Information

The best way to buy tickets is here on our website. (Your email receipt is your scannable ticket to present when you arrive. Please print it out or have it available on your mobile device to present at the door.) You may also purchase your ticket in cash (or with a credit card) at our box office, which is open daily from 10am to 10pm.

We accept cash and major credit cards for tickets, concessions, alcoholic beverages, and Act2PV merchandise. Artists selling merchandise such as CD’s, t-shirts, etc. always accept cash but do not always accept credit cards.

The box office is open 10am to 10pm daily.

“Will Call” is located at our box office.

Yes, children over 2 years old must have a ticket. Every “body” must have a ticket. Sometimes we have special promotions for “family-friendly” shows, and these will be advertised on the website.

“Preferred” admission is shown in yellow on our seating charts and the seats are located in the front of the theater. “General” admission is shown in red on our seating charts, usually in the back of the theater, and the seats are less expensive. However, all seats have very good visibility in each of our theaters.

Our ticket prices are shown on our website in Mexican pesos, although you may pay in US Dollars or in Mexican pesos at the box office.

All ticket sales are final. We offer refunds ONLY when a show is canceled.

Yes, you are always permitted to exchange your ticket for any show at Act2PV if you are unable to attend a show.

Your email confirmation letter is your ticket to present when you arrive. It shows your seat number and your payment information. Please print it out or have it available on your mobile device to present at the door.

In the past, the only way you could pay for ticket online was to use Paypal, and they always added a service charge for the convenience of using their service to purchase your tickets. Act2PV never received that extra charge. However, in December, we implemented a brand-new payment system where you can pay Act2PV directly ONLINE with your own credit card – VISA, Mastercard, American Express or Discover – and no service charges are added! So when you are given the option of how to purchase your tickets, click on the “STRIPE” option to pay with your credit card!

Our tickets are sold on a “first-come / first-served” basis, so we cannot guarantee that a ticket will be available at the door. Many of our shows do sell out.

Yes, we have gift certificates available on our website that can be purchased with your credit card and will be sent to you (or the recipient) by email. Paper gift certificates are also available at our box office.

Yes, we do offer discounts for groups of 10 or more who are attending the same show. Contact us at info@act2pv.com for information.

Questions About the Venue and Amenities

No, unfortunately Act2PV does not have an elevator to accommodate handicapped people. Installing an elevator or escalator is on our “bucket list” of things to do someday. Act2PV theaters are located on the 2nd and 3rd floors of our building.

Show times are posted on individual event pages. It’s a good idea to arrive at least 30 minutes before the scheduled show time. You can relax and have a drink in the beautiful, fully-stocked Encore Lounge Bar while you wait.

Yes, our “lost and found” is located at the box office.

Everyone is welcome at all shows unless noted on the event page. We do ask, however, that a child be taken out of the theater if he/she is causing a disturbance.

Act2PV is located in Zona Romantica and there are HUNDREDS of restaurants of all types within walking distance of the theater. There is also a sushi bar directly downstairs that can deliver to the Starlight Cabaret.

Yes, you may take photos and/or videos of most of our shows (unless otherwise noted). We do ask, though, that you do not use a flash on your camera as it may disturb the performers.
